Terms and Conditions
- Non-Malaysian students to pay a one-time International Student Fee of RM5,000.00 per student, excluding any ad-hoc or miscellaneous fees which are to be paid as charged.
- School fees are exclusive of any meal, lunch, snacks, excursions, learning journeys, CCA, book and uniforms.
- Tuition fees are invoiced three (3) times per academic year and are payable BEFORE the commencement of school term.
- Boarding fees are invoiced three (3) times per academic year and are payable BEFORE the commencement of school term.
- The School reserves the right to impose a late payment charge of 5% per annum on all outstanding fees which have not been paid by the 15th day of the commencement of the new school term.
- Parents/guardians are to give, in writing, at least one (1) term’s notice BEFORE the student leaves the school. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- In the event of a withdrawal from the Boarding House, a one (1) term’s notice must be served. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Deposit is to be topped up yearly to maintain its equivalent of one term’s school fees.
- Payment are to be made by cash/cheque/online transfer.
- Credit card payment is accepted.
- The visa is subject to annual renewal, and airport pickup fees are determined by current transportation rates at the time of service.
- Graduation and Learning Journeys will be charged separately every year.
- The School management reserves the right to adjust fees as deemed necessary, without prior notice.

For school-related payments, the Accounts Department is located on the Ground Floor of the Central Administration Office and is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
They accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit Card
- Cash
- Cheque or Banker’s Draft
Crossed cheques or Banker’s Drafts should be drawn from a bank in Malaysia. No alterations are allowed on a cheque and please remember to sign it. All cheques or Banker’s Drafts are to be made payable in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) to “SERI BOTANI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD”
Discounts
and Offers
Receive a 3% discount on tuition fees for Terms 2 and 3 when the full annual tuition fee is paid on or before the first day of Term 1.
- Any difference in fees due to annual structure adjustments must be settled in the corresponding term.
- This discount applies strictly to tuition fees. It does not cover uniforms, cafeteria meals, CCAs, school trips/camps, or examination fees.
We offer the following discounts for families with multiple children enrolled simultaneously:
- Second Child: 5% discount on tuition fees.
- Third Child onwards: 10% discount on tuition fees.
Note: Sibling discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or scholarship programmes.
