With 14 years of teaching experience in both Malaysia and the UK, and over a decade in leadership roles, Mr Andrew brings a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, pastoral care, and school management within international settings in Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Education in History from Stranmillis University College and has completed the UK’s National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), equipping him to lead and inspire with a focus on excellence in education. Mr Andrew was also selected as an International Primary Curriculum (IPC) trainer by Fieldwork Education to support schools in implementing and developing the curriculum.
As the Irish poet William Butler Yeats once said, “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” Mr Andrew strongly believes that learning should be both engaging and challenging, offering students diverse opportunities to apply their knowledge, hone their skills, and deepen their understanding. His goal is to cultivate a community of collaborative, independent, and life-long learners who are well-prepared to succeed in an ever-changing world.

With over 25 years’ experience in the field of education, Anushia started her career as a secondary History and English teacher upon graduating from the National University of Singapore. While teaching at St. Margaret’s Secondary School she moved up as Subject Lead and Head of Department for Humanities. After completing her Masters in Education from the University of Western Australia, she moved into Teacher Training and Development as part of the team in Scholastic Asia. Returning to a school setting in 2014, Anushia took on the role of Academic Director at an international school in Malaysia. Since then, she has held Senior Leadership positions at three international schools working with teachers to consistently deliver high quality results for students. Her experience has included building partnerships with Oxford International College (UK) and developing international networks to provide valuable experiences to support student growth. In 2022, she joined Sampoerna Academy (Indonesia) first as Curriculum Head for Student Career Character Development and Social Studies, then moving on to lead the Grand Pakuwon campus in Surabaya as Campus Principal. There the team achieved outstanding IGCSE and A level results, being ranked the top of the seven Sampoerna Academy campuses in Indonesia. Additionally, as an accredited Cambridge Trainer for English, Anushia has great familiarity with the requirements of the Cambridge assessment framework.

Mr. Rajan is an exceptional mathematics educator with a decade of experience teaching Secondary Mathematics and Additional Mathematics in British curriculum-based international schools. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, and a Master of Education in Educational Management from Universiti Malaya. Mr. Rajan firmly believes that "No child is inherently weak; only the ideal learning approach has yet to be discovered." Guided by this philosophy, he is committed to helping each of his students explore their curiosities, reach their full potential, and make a meaningful impact in their lives.

With 17 years of experience in international education, Ms Natasha has held leadership roles across both Primary and Secondary. Ms Natasha has 10 years of leadership experience in academic and pastoral roles ranging from IPC and Curriculum Coordinator, Deputy Head of International Primary, and Deputy Head of International Secondary. Ms Natasha holds a PGCEi in Primary Education from Stranmillis University College in Northern Ireland and is currently completing a Master’s in Educational Management. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and Games Design, which strengthens her passion for digital learning and innovation in education.
Throughout her career, Ms Natasha has been deeply involved in curriculum development, pastoral care, and whole-school improvement initiatives. She has led professional learning communities, supported teacher growth, and championed initiatives that place student wellbeing and academic progress at the centre of school life.
She has also shared her expertise as a conference speaker on curriculum design, educational technology, and innovative teaching approaches, reflecting her commitment to educational innovation and best practice.
As Aristotle once said, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” Ms Natasha strongly believes that learning must always come first. She holds that children need to feel safe, supported, and valued before they can truly excel, and her goal is to nurture independent, creative, and lifelong learners. By fostering an environment where wellbeing and academic growth go hand in hand, and by building strong partnerships with families and colleagues, she strives to create a community where every child is encouraged to achieve their very best.
